Do male wolves go into heat?

I'm curious as to whether or not male wolves go into heat in addition to their behavior if so. There is plenty of information online pertaining to female wolves but none specifying male wolves. I was wondering if the case was that male wolves don't go into heat, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know if male wolves go into heat and their behavior if so?

The male Wolves have a rise in their testosterone levels starting in the fall and progressing into the winter breeding season.  After the females go into estrus, the males testosterone levels gradually return to a fairly low status until the next fall.
