Wolf Howl Animal Preserve guarantees that the item/items you ordered are as described and that you will receive them in undamaged condition.
If the item you receive is not the same as what you have ordered or items have been damaged in shipment, please save the item along with the original shipping container plus the packing materials and contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for return instructions. A "Return Authorization number" from us is required to return any items. Items returned to Wolf Howl Animal Preserve without a Return Authorization will be refused.
If you change your mind on an item or items or you order the wrong size you must call for a "Return Authorization number", shipping the item back to us will be your responsibility. The item or items must be received back at the Preserve in good condition no later than 30 days from the day of purchase. Once the item or items are received in good condition in the required time frame with a Return Authorization number on the package, the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee will be credited to your card through Paypal. No returns will be issued on discontinued or sale items.
